A brand new community development for mature adults age 55 and over comprised of three Life Lease residential apartments, a Christian church, and a Community Centre.
The zoning and land use for the development have been approved by the Municipal Government. The master plan of Vintage Garden will be implemented in three phases:
Phase II will consist of a 14 storey Life Lease Residence with 177 units. The Life Lease residences are currently under construction. The target completion date for this phase is summer of 2020.
Phase III of the project will complete the master plan for Vintage Garden Community. This phase will consist of a 6 storey Life Lease Residence with about 80 units and a 13,000 s.f. gymnatorium serving both the church and the community centre. The construction of Phase III is scheduled to start after the completion of Phase II. Completion is anticipated in 2022.
