PURCHASERS’ FINANCING PROGRAM

St. John’s McNicoll Centre, in conjunction with Royal Bank of Canada, is pleased to offer the following financing program for purchasers at Vintage Garden. Program Details:

  • The unit must be owner-occupied, or occupied by immediate family members (e.g. father/mother/son/daughter/brother/sister) who are purchasing on behalf of their parent(s) or sibling(s).

  • Independent Legal Advice (ILA) is required for both the purchaser and the occupant.

  • The maximum mortgage amount will be based on 65% of the purchase price or the value as appraised by RBC.

  • The maximum amortization period of the mortgage will be 15 years.

  • The terms, interest rates, features and conditions will be similar to existing residential conventional mortgage products available through RBC.

  • Title insurance policy with a life lease endorsement in lieu of lawyer’s opinion on Title.

  • RBC Home Protector Insurance is available.
