Phase I + Sales Office

Phase 1

Phase 1 consists of a 12 storey building with 184 Life Lease units and a 8,000 s.f. Christian church with community activity space. Phase I was completed in Spring of 2015 and the Life Lease Residence is fully occupied.

Phase 2

Phase 2

Phase 2 consists of a 14 storey Life Lease Residence with 177 units. It was completed in October 2020 and is also fully occupied.

Phase 3

Phase 3 of the project will complete the master plan for the Vintage Garden Community. This phase will consist of an 18 storey Life Lease Residence with 175 units and a 13, 000 s.f. mixed use one storey gymnatorium and Community Centre. The Community Centre will also include supportive services and retail businesses. The construction of Phase 3 is scheduled to start in the spring of 2026 and completed in the fall of 2028.

CXT was involved in the design and construction of Yee Hong Garden Terrace as well as numerous condominium projects in the GTA. The firm’s partners, Patrick Chan and Dan, have led this firm since 1983.

Life Lease Consultant

Zock & Associates (1994)

Zock & Associates and its principals, Gary Zock and Christine Thomas, have been involved in over half of the 135 Life Lease projects currently operating in Ontario. This project list includes both Yee Hong Garden Terrace and Mon Sheong Court.
